Work with us . Done for you

Want the agent built for you?

The courses teach you to build it yourself. This is the other path: tell us the workflow you want automated, and we scope, build, and ship the production agent with guardrails, evals, and the numbers to prove it worked.

What we build

Reviewed agents for the work that repeats.

We start with one high-value workflow and ship something that runs in production, not a demo. A few of the agents we build most often:

Customer support agent

Answers repeat questions, drafts replies grounded in your docs, and escalates anything sensitive with context.

Lead follow-up agent

Responds to inbound in seconds, qualifies, and books meetings so no lead goes cold.

Invoice and data-entry agent

Reads documents, extracts fields, flags exceptions, and writes clean data back to your systems.

Reporting agent

Pulls numbers from your tools into a scheduled report or dashboard, on time, every time.

Onboarding agent

Walks new customers or hires through steps, collects what is needed, and nudges the stragglers.

Ops and admin agent

Takes a repetitive internal process off your team and runs it with a review step you control.

How it works

Every stage leaves you something you can hold.

No black boxes. At each step you get a concrete artifact, so you always know where the build stands.

  1. 1

    Scope

A short call to pick one high-value workflow and define inputs, outputs, and where a human stays in the loop.

You get: Written scope + ROI estimate
  2. 2

    Build

We build the agent against your real data and systems, with guardrails, evals, and a kill switch. Weekly demos, not a big-bang reveal.

You get: Working agent + weekly demos
  3. 3

    Ship and measure

We roll it out behind a flag, wire observability, and report the numbers: hours saved, resolution rate, cost.

You get: Live agent + a metrics report
  4. 4

    Hand off

You own the code and the playbook. We can train your team or stay on a retainer so the agent survives past launch.

You get: Your code + your playbook

This is a fit if

  • +A repeated, expensive workflow (support triage, lead research, reporting, onboarding, data entry)
  • +Clear inputs and outputs, and a person who can define what correct looks like
  • +A goal in dollars or hours: cut cost, speed up response, free up a team

It is not a fit if

  • -You want a magic all-purpose assistant with no defined workflow
  • -There is no owner who can approve outputs or provide real examples
  • -You would rather learn to build it yourself (take the course instead)

Questions

What businesses ask before they start.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the workflow. We scope a fixed price for the first build after the free call, so there are no open-ended hourly surprises. If an agent will not pay for itself, we tell you before you spend anything.

How long does it take?

Most first agents ship in a few weeks, not months. We deliberately scope one workflow first so you get a working, measured result fast rather than a big bang that slips.

Do we own the code?

Yes. You own the code and the playbook. There is no lock-in and no per-seat platform fee from us. We can stay on a retainer if you want ongoing changes, but that is your choice.

Is our data safe?

We scope data access to only what the workflow needs, keep secrets in your environment where possible, and design guardrails so the agent cannot take actions you did not approve.

What if we are not technical?

That is the common case. You bring the workflow and the examples of what good looks like; we handle the building, the guardrails, and the rollout, and we document it so your team can run it.

Can you train our team too?

Yes. We can hand off with documentation, or run a session so your team can operate and extend the agent. Many clients pair a build with the team training course.

Tell us the workflow. We will tell you if an agent is worth it.

The scoping call is free and honest. If an agent will not pay for itself, we will say so.
